Andrew John Scott (born 12 March 1952) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Hawthorn in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Scott made his senior VFL debut in 1972, when Hawthorn were reigning premiers.〔(AFL Tables: Andrew Scott )〕 He played a total of four games that year and another two the following season.〔 A former policeman, Scott spent his career as a half forward or on-baller. After returning briefly to Sorrento, his original club, Scott joined the Wangaratta Rovers in the Ovens & Murray Football League. He was joint winner of a Morris Medal in 1975, when he polled the equal move votes with Jack O'Halloran of the Wangaratta Football Club.
